Dividing Head

The dividing head is a machine tool accessory installed on the milling machine to divide the workpiece into any equal parts. By using the dividing ring and vernier, positioning pin and dividing disk and exchange gear, the workpiece clamped on the center or chuck can be divided into any angle, and the circumference can be divided into any equal parts. The machine tool is assisted to process all kinds of grooves, spur gears, spiral spur gears, archimedean spiral cams, etc. with different shapes of cutters.
