Fully Automatic High Speed Circular Saw Machine HY-80NC Product Introduction :
1. The main components of the equipment
HY-80NC high speed metal circular saw machine mainly consists of machine base, power saw head, saw head feeding system, automatic work-piece feeding device, clamping device, end remnant device, hydraulic system, electrical system, spray cooling system, automatic lubrication system, chain plate type chip conveyor, saw blade cleaning device, etc.
2.1. Machine base: The main body of the base is made of high-quality high-strength materials. It is a key component of machine tool equipment. It has the characteristics of good overall rigidity, high strength, impact resistance, small deformation and outstanding shock absorption performance, which can significantly improve the machine tool overall rigidity, sawing stability and reliability.
2.2. Power saw head: The gear box body is made of high quality and high strength special materials, which has high strength and impact resistance. The transmission gear made of high-performance gear material is specially heat-treated and precision-grinned. At the same time, the gear clearance mechanism is used to realize zero-gap transmission, ensuring smooth transmission and average life of the saw blade, and high transmission efficiency. All bearings adopt imported high-precision and high-strength bearings, which makes the whole gearbox run with small noise, stable and reliable transmission performance. Unique optimized saw blade stabilization system can greatly improve the rigidity of the clamping circular saw blade, more effectively reduce the chattering and yaw of the saw blade, improve the service life of the saw blade and get a reliable guarantee for the precision of the sawing.
2.3. Feeding system: High-precision ball screw and the saw box are driven by the servo motor for rocker-type feeding, and the clamped work-piece is cut off with high precision and speed.
2.4. Automatic work-piece feeding adopts the advanced feeding mode of servo motor + high-precision ball screw. Using precision round guide and the new vise partial yaw method to replace the original entire yaw mode of the original feeding device, effectively improves the smoothness, high efficiency, reliability and accuracy of the feeding process.
2.5. Clamping device: consists of a separate horizontal and a set of vertical clamping devices. The front and rear two sets of clamping devices can clamp and loosen at the same time, which is more effective in ensuring the reliability of the clamping and the smoothness of the sawing process.
2.6. End remnant device: It can facilitate the collection of the material head remnant and the end remnant. It automatically realize the separation and placement of the head remnant, end remnant and the finished product.
2.7. Hydraulic system: It consists of independent hydraulic tank, concentration block, hydraulic pump, hydraulic components, actuators, etc. All of them adopt international famous brand – YUKEN hydraulic parts, which are with low failure rate, reliable performance, stable and reliable realization of various program actions.
2.8. Electrical system: It consists of electrical cabinet, touch screen, buttons, PLC, motor, contactors, relays, switches and auxiliary components. The machine tool can realize the whole process numerical control, that is: except work-piece loading is manual, from the automatic material pushing and feeding to the sawing completion, including the material head remnant and the end remnant processing are automatically completed by the sawing line. The degree of automation is high, and various safety protection devices can ensure the safe and smooth operation of the whole process of the sawing line.
2.9. Alarm system: When the system fault occurs, the system will issue a flashing alarm and wait for the operator to confirm and notify the maintenance personnel in time for maintenance. When the following conditions occur, the system will send out an alarm signal: hydraulic fault alarm, spray cooling system fault alarm, air pressure system fault alarm, out-of-stock alarm(in this condition, machine will stop after 3 minutes).
2.10. Spray cooling system: It adopts imported brand spray cooling lubrication system. This system adopts environmentally friendly cutting oil for precise metering and micro-lubrication. The well-designed nozzle sprays high-efficiency cutting oil to the blade teeth to reduce the heat of cutting. The oil spray system simultaneously sprays high-efficiency cutting oil on both sides of the saw blade for lubrication, which can improve production efficiency, reduce production cost and prevent environmental pollution, improve the quality of the cut and extend the life of the saw blade.
2.11. Automatic lubrication system: can inject lubricating oil into screw/ guide rails and other parts regularly and quantitatively.
2.12.Feeding rack (standard): materials must be pr-arranged and placed on the rack manually. The Cluster feeding rack can be as option which with the hydraulic lifting system. The cluster feeding rack can lift the material from the place where it is placed and move it to the feeding position automatically.
2.13 Automatic chip removal system(standard): The equipment is equipped with a chain plate type chip removal machine as standard, with two chip removal modes for continuous and intermittent operation, with forward and reverse rotation control.
2.14. Other configuration instructions:
1) The working area is equipped with waterproof and dust-proof LED lighting, which is suitable for night work;
2)The machine tool is equipped with three-color warning lights, indicating that the program is running in green, orange when the work cycle is completed, and the fault alarm status is red.
