Introduction

Highefficiency lathe for large-scale chuck type and shaft-type workpieces.

withhigh-grade cast iron bed , 60 degree slant bed type structure provides moreconvenient chip disposal, easy handling of workpieces and stable operation.

High rigidity structure and cartridge typemain spindle ensure rotation without vibration. Large power AC spindle motor,ZF two-step reducer and gear box speed reducing provide spindle large torqueoutput and stable rotation.

8-stationhydraulic turret.

Slideguide way and saddle guide way are coated with special plastics. Bed way aremedium frequency hardened and precision grounded. Hydraulic balancing system isapplied in X axis.

Full enclosed guard and Centralized machineoperator’s panel.
