Equipment Introductions

  3. Mitsubishi’s ultra-large CPU can accommodate 400 groups of file editors,
  4. Has the function of automatically detecting errors and faults and displaying them on the screen, allowing the operator to easily troubleshoot obstacles
  5. The machine is equipped with an automatic oiling system, which can reduce the friction of the bent pipe, increase the life of the mandrel and ensure the quality of the bent pipe.
  6. Japanese Mitsubishi programmable controller is used for control.
  7. Electrical control can realize three functions of inching, single action and automatic.
  8. Adopting integrated passage block structure, the hydraulic system has high reliability.
  9. Equipped with a mandrel mechanism, it can perform core or coreless bending.
  10. Equipped with safety limit and emergency stop button to ensure operator safety.
  11. Various profiles can be bent by changing the mold.
  12. The clamping and mandrel parts are equipped with separate oil cylinder transmission. When the bending arm rotates, the pipe can achieve high-precision bending and forming under the joint constraints of the above parts and all parts of the mold.
