Product Details
The CH series metal bandsaws are semi-automatic horizontal dual column structure cutting saws for high-precision straight cuts in large work pieces made of steel, cast-iron,non-ferrous metals and etc. These machines are designed with a rigid, highly stable dual-column frame. The saw frame’s stroke cylinder is integrated in the frame. The machine tool has reasonable structure, stable and reliable performance and high precision. It is an ideal equipment for medium and small batch cutting due to it’s economic price and high quality.

Double column structure
Hydraulic control of sawing feed speed, infinitely adjustable;
The work-piece is clamped by hydraulic vise;
The band saw blade adopts rolling bearing and hard alloy guide to prolong the life of the saw blade;
At the end of the cutting cycle, the machine automatically shuts off and the saw blade returns to its adjustable home position.
The guide seat structure is reasonable & high precision, ensures the correct guidance of the guide block, prolong the saw blade life.
Automatic and hydraulic tension saw blades can be customized according to requirements;
Optional cutting speed frequency conversion control.
