Product Details
1)This 3D CNC tube bender features a high-rigidity mechanical structure designed in line with dynamic mechanics and exquisite manufacturing craftsmanship. While ensuring structural strength, its compact swing arm and bending head maximize bending space and minimize machine interference. Equipped with an automatic program control system, it easily achieves mass production and high precision for complex tube bending operations of various steel pipes
2)This is a hybrid electro-hydraulic servo tube bender. It eliminates the accuracy deviation of C-axis bending caused by rising hydraulic oil temperature, greatly improves workpiece bending precision, and saves time, labor and floor space.
3)Equipped with 5-axis electric servo drive: Y (Feeding), B (Tube Rotation), C (Tube Bending), Z (Head Left/Right Demoulding), X (Head Up/Down Die Change).

4) The C-axis (tube bending) adopts servo drive combined with high-rigidity RV reducer transmission. It features compact bending head, large throat depth, low bending interference, high rigidity, long service life, high precision, high output power, energy efficiency and excellent controllability.
5) The bending head is designed based on dynamic mechanical analysis. Its integrated structure delivers high rigidity, sturdiness and stability. No vibration occurs during operation, reliably maintaining high bending precision.
6) Adopting a vertically floating clamping die design, it avoids interference and provides maximum bending space.
7) All circuit signal wires and electrical components adopt modular connectors with numbered labels for easy replacement and maintenance
8) It is equipped with a slow mandrel retraction function. The retraction timing of the internal mandrel can be set via program, which prevents surface bulges caused by fixed mandrel positions and improves the appearance quality of finished pipes.
9) Fitted with a standard guide die assist pushing unit. Equipped with knobs for pressure and speed adjustment, it can be easily tuned to suit different bending requirements and simplifies complex bending operations
10) Lubrication grease fittings are installed on the mandrel and movable slide of the head clamping system, extending the service life and maintaining stable performance of the machine
11) Comes with a movable standard foot switch integrated with an emergency stop button.Separate independent control station.
12) Equipped with air cooling or liquid cooling system for hydraulic oil, it keeps the oil temperature within the standard range and ensures stable machine operation
13) It supports manual, semi-automatic, full-automatic and step-by-step automatic operation modes.
14) It is equipped with main motor overload protection to prevent damage caused by incorrect parameter settings.
15) A safety guard is fitted on the inner side of the movable swing arm to prevent pinching injuries.
16) The control program is equipped with an automatic error detection function to prevent machine damage from illogical or incorrect operations.
17) Multiple password protection functions are adopted to prevent unauthorized modification of programs and processing data
18) Emergency stop buttons are installed on both the movable foot switch and the controller for immediate response to emergencies.
19) It is equipped with multi-program and mechanical limit protection devices to prevent machine collision damage caused by human error.
20) It is fitted with an abnormal alarm sound function.
21) Supports settings for mandrel use, as well as clamping feed and straight feed modes for round and non-round pipes.
22) Comes with a standard toolbox containing necessary adjusting tools and a Chinese operation manual.
