Introduction

This lathe can undertake turning work of various ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, cast iron, steel and other materials. It can also process the end faces, outer circles, inner holes, cones, grooves, arc faces and Metric, inch, modulus and pitch threads, etc.
The main shaft of the machine tool adopts a two-support structure, which has good rigidity and large torque output; the bed adopts bottom chip removal method, which is convenient for chip removal. Each part of the machine tool has a separate oil pump for forced lubrication; both the tail-stock and tool rest of the machine tool have functions such as rapid movement and terminal insurance. The upper body of the tailstock adopts a built-in structure, and the overall movement of the tailstock adopts a motorized mobile device. The turning diameter of the machine tool is large, and the overhang of the tool post is long, so an auxiliary supporting device needs to be added under the feed device of the tool post. The design of machine tool speed, feed rate and power characteristics is reasonable, which can well meet the needs of rough and fine machining. The machine tool has the characteristics of strong rigidity, high efficiency, energy saving, safety and reliability, convenient operation and beautiful appearance.
For the separated bed structure, the machine tool is mainly composed of tool rest bed, work piece bed, head stock, tail stock upper body, tailstock lower body, saddle tool rest, automatic iron filing device, closed center frame, and open center frame , It is composed of moving platform, numerical control system, static pressure system (optional according to the tonnage of the machine tool), electrical control device and other components. The tailstock, closed center frame and open center frame can move on the workpiece bed, and the tool post moves on the tool rest bed. There is an iron filing device between the workpiece bed and the tool rest bed
The tool holder and tailstock are equipped with chain supporting devices.
The numerical control system adopts imported Japanese FANUC 0I-TF, German SIEMENS 828D, Beijing KND CNC system and other numerical control systems (optional according to user needs) and all-digital AC servo system and motors. And realize the two-axis linkage control of X and Z axis.
