Equipment Structure
1.The main components of the equipment
The high-speed metal circular sawing machine is mainly composed of the machine bed, the power head part, the feed system, the automatic feeding device, the clamping device, the distributing device, the hydraulic system, the electrical system, the spray cooling system, the automatic lubrication system, and the chain plate chip conveyor. , Cutting fluid cooling device, saw blade cleaning device, etc.
2.1. Machine base
It is welded by 16Mn super thick plates. Since the strength of steel is 3 times higher than that of cast iron, and the rigidity is 2.5 times higher than that of cast iron, the welded structure box can ensure greater rigidity, and has a compact structure and high strength. Also the appearance is beautiful.

2.2. Saw head
1) The saw head is mainly composed of gear box, pulleys, variable frequency motor, magnetic powder brake, screw guide rail and AC servo motor, etc.
2) The gearbox is cast with high-quality and high-strength ductile iron. The gears, ground and formed with high precision, are multi-stage transmission design of hard-toothed helical gears, having high precision and stable transmission. The magnetic powder brake and the unique gear backlash elimination mechanism can realize one-way zero gap transmission, greatly improves the service life of the saw blade. The bearings of the gearbox adopt high-precision bearings from NSK, IKO and other brands. The gearbox runs smoothly and has high transmission efficiency, which is the prerequisite for high-precision cutting.
3) Using frequency converter + frequency conversion motor to drive gearbox to realize stepless speed change of saw head spindle.
4) In order to reduce the inertia of the saw head to achieve the purpose of high-speed cutting, the saw head adopts the horizontal feeding method. Using high-rigidity and high-precision roller linear guide, using high-power AC servo motor to directly drive the grinding-grade ball screw for reciprocating motion, it has high precision and good rigidity.

2.3. Feeding system
The high-precision ball screw cutter power head is driven by a servo motor to perform a flat-cutting powerful feed, and the clamped work-piece is cut off with high precision and speed. This method is the current international advanced high-speed circular sawing machine feed and sawing method, which can more effectively ensure the stability, reliability and continuity of the sawing process.

2.4. Using GFC (Gripper Feed Carriage) feeding mechanism for feeding
It is guided by double guide rods with strong bearing capacity, and adopts high-power AC servo motor to directly drive the grinding-grade ball screw for linear reciprocating motion, with good rigidity and high precision.
The clamping mechanism is powered by a hydraulic cylinder, with sufficient clamping and high clamping accuracy.
The clamp of the GFC feeding mechanism can float up and down during the front and rear feeding process, which will not cause scraping interference between the material and the clamp, and prolong the service life of the clamp.

2.5. Clamping device
The main clamp is fixed on the bed and consists of a set of horizontal and a set of vertical clamps installed on the clamp base. It can provide horizontal and vertical clamping force to the material during the cutting process. The clamping power is provided by the hydraulic cylinder, and the two groups of clamping can act independently. Among them, the front and rear two sets of devices can be clamped and loosened at the same time, which more effectively ensures the reliability of clamping and the stability of the sawing process.
2.6. Hydraulic system
The functions of the hydraulic system include material lifting, material clamping, etc. For the convenience of maintenance, it is an external independent station using integrated installation. The structure is compact, safe and reliable.The clamping vises are equipped with pressure switches, and the next step will be taken when the pressure reaches the set value.

2.7. Electrical system
It is composed of Japan’s Mitsubishi PLC control system, electrical cabinets, button switches, motors, contactors, relays, heat ex-changers, switches and auxiliary components. The machine tool can realize the whole process of numerical control, that is, except for the manual arrangement of the material racks in rows, the processing from the start of the automatic material transfer to the completion of the sawing, including the processing of the material head and the material tail, is automatically completed by the sawing line. The degree of automation is high, and various safety protection devices can ensure the safe and stable operation of the entire sawing line.

2.8. Alarm system
When a situation occurs in the system, the system emits a flashing alarm, waiting for the confirmation of the operator, and can notify the maintenance personnel for maintenance in time. When the following situations occur, the system sends out an alarm signal: hydraulic failure alarm, spray cooling system failure alarm, air pressure system failure alarm, no material to be cut, and shutdown after 3 minutes.
2.9. Spray cooling system
This system uses environmentally-friendly cutting oil for precise measurement of micro-lubrication. The well-designed nozzle sprays high-efficiency cutting oil on the saw teeth to reduce the generation of cutting heat. At the same time, the nozzle sprays high-efficiency cutting oil on both sides of the saw blade for lubrication, which can improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, and prevent environmental pollution. Improve the cutting quality and extend the service life of the saw blade.
2.10. Automatic lubrication system, which can regularly and quantitatively inject lubricating oil on parts such as screw guide rails.

2.11.Automatic Feeding rack (standard):
The automatic feeding system consists of a storage rack, a material distribution mechanism, and an adjustment mechanism. The feeding mechanism is powered by a hydraulic cylinder, and the feeding system can complete the automatic feeding action under the control of the host after manually adjusting the material specifications.
2.12. Automatic chip removal system(standard):
The equipment is equipped with a chain plate type chip removal machine as standard, with two chip removal modes for continuous and intermittent operation, with forward and reverse rotation control.

2.13.Outlet conveyor (Optional)
The out feed conveyor mechanism is composed of a geared motor, a conveyor belt, a pull-in wheel, a frame and a material distribution mechanism which also including material distribution function. The dispensing power comes from the cylinder. The cut material moves outwards driven by the conveyor belt. After the material head reaches the fixed position, it is detected by the photoelectric switch. It can be pushed out to the side or not. The material will always move outwards until it leaves the conveyor.
2.14. Other configuration instructions:
1) The working area is equipped with waterproof and dust-proof LED lighting, which is suitable for night work;
The machine tool is equipped with three-color warning lights, indicating that the program is running in green, orange when the work cycle is completed, and the fault alarm status is red.
