Equipment Application
It is used for 3D bending and forming of metal pipes, widely applied in automobile, new energy vehicle, shipbuilding, aviation, steel structure and other industries for pipe and profile bending processing.
Machine Features
The TRME series 3D CNC pipe bending machine is a integrated left-right full-electric multi-functional 3D pipe bender.It adopts high-rigidity mechanical structure designed based on dynamic mechanics and precision manufacturing technology. While ensuring structural strength, the optimized rocker and bending head design maximizes bending space and minimizes machine interference range.
Equipped with an automatic program control system, it easily meets mass production and high-precision requirements for various high-difficulty pipe bending workpieces.
The high-power electric auxiliary push is specially developed for high-standard bending requirements. Its unique feeding carriage structure with patented variable-speed design directly pushes pipes powerfully. Combined with precise automatic bending speed tracking function, it can realize extreme bending conditions that ordinary standard machines cannot achieve, such as ultra-small bending radius, thin-walled pipes and heavy-section pipes.
Adopts upper and lower symmetrical multi-layer mold design, which can install left and right molds with different radii for automatic mold changing. It overcomes the machining interference problem of single-direction rotating head, and can form complex symmetrical workpieces in one clamping, greatly improving bending accuracy and operation convenience.
Automatic mold changing adopts head up/down/left/right movement plus head rotation structure, avoiding pipe shaking caused by clamping displacement of feeding carriage.
Adopts 10-axis servo electric drive: Y (feeding), B (pipe rotation), C (bending), Z (head left-right movement), X (head rotation), F1 (main clamping), F2 (auxiliary clamping), G (mandrel) and other axes.
C-axis (bending) adopts original imported robot dedicated RV reducer matched with servo drive transmission. It features compact head structure, deep throat depth, small bending interference, high rigidity, long service life, high precision, high output power, energy saving and excellent controllability.
The bending head is optimized by dynamic mechanical analysis with integrated high-rigidity structure. It runs stably without shaking, ensuring high bending accuracy.
Fast mold change design meets flexible production needs and greatly reduces mold adjustment time and difficulty.
Parallel mold clamping design avoids interference and provides maximum bending space.
All signal lines and electrical assemblies adopt modular numbered plugs for easy replacement and maintenance.
Equipped with slow mandrel retraction function. The mandrel retreat time can be set by program to avoid pipe surface bulging and improve work-piece appearance quality.
Standard guide mold auxiliary pushing device with adjustable pressure and speed knobs, which can be matched with various high-difficulty bending processes.
Grease fittings are installed for mandrel and sliding seat of head clamping system. Automatic lubrication cycle can be set by program to extend machine service life and maintain stable performance.
Equipped with movable foot switch with emergency stop button; separate independent control console with cooling fan.
Equipped with hydraulic oil air cooling system to keep oil temperature within standard range for stable operation, no need for external cooling tower or pipeline.
Oil pump and solenoid valve adopt world-famous standard brands.
Main motor overload protection function to prevent motor damage caused by improper parameter setting.
Safety guard plate inside movable rocker to prevent personal clamping injury.
The control system has automatic error detection function to prevent machine damage caused by illogical or wrong operation.
Multi-level password protection to prevent arbitrary modification of programs and processing data.
Emergency stop buttons are equipped on both foot switch and control console for emergency shutdown at any time.
Multiple program and mechanical limit protection devices to avoid machine collision caused by human error.
