The CNC Hydraulic Press Brake Machine adopts the welded structure of the whole machine, and the frame is composed of left and right wall panels, workbench, fuel tank, support, synchronous shaft and slider.

Technology and Craft:
1. The overall steel plate welding structure, thick frame, high rigidity, strong shock absorption;
2. The mechanical structure of this machine tool is mainly composed of frame, workbench, slider, main oil cylinder and back gauge. The perfect design and manufacturing process can effectively guarantee the manufacturing and use accuracy of the machine tool. Manufacturing process of main structural parts (interspersed with process inspection):
Sheet metal warehousing—physical and chemical inspection—sheet metal pr-treatment (shot blasting and derusting)—NC flame cutting blanking—cutting and processing each welding joint surface—assembly welding—gas shielded welding—vibration aging treatment— —Assembled finished products of mechanical processing procedures such as large-scale floor boring and milling machines;
3. The machine frame, slide block, workbench and other main parts are finished by domestic famous brand CNC large-scale floor-type boring and milling machines, which ensures the geometric accuracy of the main machine.
4. The integrated hydraulic control system has a compact structure, reduces pipeline connections, and improves system reliability and ease of maintenance.
5. It adopts torsion axis synchronization, and two synchronous swing arms are installed at both ends of the slider, so that the movement of the slider is always parallel to the workbench, and the anti-eccentric load ability is strong during work. The lower limit stroke of the oil cylinder is positioned by the mechanical stopper, and the bending angle does not drift during continuous operation. The upper mold is equipped with a deflection compensation mechanism, and the folding precision is high.
6. Adjustment of stop material and slider stroke, manual fine-tuning, digital display. The hydraulic power unit has a compact structure and is easy to install. It adopts an integrated hydraulic valve block with the number of oil passages and joints limited to a minimum. The transmission is driven on the slider. The speed adjustment range is large and the work is stable and reliable.
7. The upper mold is equipped with a deflection compensation mechanism, which is easy to adjust.
8. Up-moving bending design, stable work, convenient and safe operation;
9. The slider has a function of maintaining pressure and delaying time at the bottom dead center to ensure the accuracy of the work-piece.
10. Blocking part: The blocking part is driven by a servo motor, which drives the ball screw and the linear guide to move synchronously through the timing belt. The size of the blocking material is displayed on the system display screen and can be directly adjusted on the screen.
