Shanghai ANTISHICNC “C40” is a fully CNC mirror EDM machine with three-axis arbitrary axis to realize “positive and negative” direction machining, and can realize multi-axis linkage machining. Each axis is directly driven by an all-imported AC servo motor and a precision ball screw to achieve higher machine tool precision control and processing speed. Equipped with the CNC power supply with high stability and high anti-interference ability of ANTISHI, you can obtain extremely low electrode loss of electric discharge machining, so that your mold processing precision is higher and the service life is longer.

Features
Overall structure: Based on the Swiss mechanical structure, the overall “C” type structure ensures the continuous retention of high-speed machining accuracy.

Castings: The castings of the whole machine are made of high-quality resin sand materials, which have been annealed and stressed for many times to ensure the best accuracy and durability, and will not be deformed after long-term use.

Base: With the “T”-shaped bed base, even when the heavy-duty workpiece is at the left and right ends of the machine tool, the machine tool still maintains good precision and processing stability.
All axes are directly driven by AC servo motors and precision ball screws, and the “Z” axis uses high-power AC servo motors.
