Pneumatic balancer with a specification of more than 125 tons is used to improve the stability of the upper die and the slider in the reciprocating movement. More than 160 tons adopt the main and auxiliary working keys, which has higher safety performance.

6. The overall adopts imported PLC centralized control, and the gas path adopts imported safety double valve control, which can realize inching, inching, single and continuous stamping.
7. The height of the mold is adjusted by electric motor, high-quality configuration, key parts such as pneumatic components, electrical components, seals, buttons, etc. are all imported.
