Introduction:
JC21 series mechanical punching machine is made of integrated special cast iron alloy, high rigidity and shock resistance. The slider is designed with a long guideway and equipped with a slider balancing device to ensure precise and stable operation. The slider crank mechanism is rigid, so the movement of the slider is mandatory, and the number of strokes per minute and the motion curve of the slider are fixed. It has an open body, and the work is open in three directions, which is convenient for loading and unloading molds and operation. Its body can be tilted at a certain angle through adjustment, so that stamping parts or scraps can slide down from the mold, which provides good conditions for the realization of stamping mechanization and automation.
Features:
1. High-rigidity, high-precision frame, welded by steel plates, and heat-treated to eliminate the internal stress of the fuselage so that the equipment can work stably for a long time without deformation. The structural parts are evenly loaded, the rigidity is balanced, and the performance is stable.
2. The crankshaft, gear, transmission shaft and other parts of the main parts of the equipment have been hardened and heat-treated, and have high wear resistance during grinding. The long-term performance is stable, ensuring the high-precision and stable requirements.
3. The operation performance is reliable and safe. Different from the traditional brake, the combination device of clutch/brake is adopted with high sensitivity, coupled with the dual electromagnetic control valve and overload protection device common to high-end equipment. It ensures the precision and safety of the high-speed movement and stop of the slider.
4. Production automation, labor saving and high efficiency. The 80-ton open tilting punch press can be equipped with corresponding automatic feeding devices. It has feeding error detection, pre-cutting and pre-cutting devices, which can fully realize automatic production with low cost and high efficiency.
5. Sliding and fast adjustment is divided into manual adjustment and electric adjustment, which is convenient, reliable, safe and fast, and the accuracy can reach 0.1mm.
6. The C-shaped body is convenient for mold loading and processing of larger-sized materials. The body can be tilted to facilitate the separation of workpieces and molds. It adopts high-quality casting bed and undergoes aging treatment to effectively eliminate internal stress and is not easy to deform. The whole machine is novel in design, beautiful in appearance, compact in structure, easy to use, easy to operate, safe and widely used.
