TCK36M CNC Turn-Mill Composite Machine Product Introduction :
This series of machine tools represents a mature product line primarily exported by ANTISHICNC. They feature a compact structure, an aesthetically pleasing design, and a spindle characterized by high torque, high rigidity, stable and reliable performance, and excellent precision retention.
Equipped with a high-speed, high-precision, and high-rigidity cartridge-style spindle unit and a servo spindle motor, the machine achieves higher spindle speeds. It is suitable for turning disc and shaft components, capable of machining linear profiles, arcs, and both metric and imperial threads (including multi-start threads), making it ideal for complex shapes and high-precision requirements.
The machine utilizes a 45° integral slant bed structure and high-precision, preloaded linear rolling guideways from Taiwan, ensuring high positional accuracy, smooth chip evacuation, and suitability for high-speed, high-precision machining.
The standard CNC system is GSK, with optional FANUC or SIEMENS systems available to meet customer needs; the system configuration is flexible. High-quality ball screws and precision screw bearings are employed throughout.
The spindle assembly uses high-precision bearings and undergoes precision assembly and dynamic balancing tests, ensuring high accuracy, low noise, and superior rigidity.
A forced automatic lubrication system provides metered lubrication to specific points on the ball screws and guideways, automatically triggering a warning signal in the event of an abnormality or low oil levels.
A domestic three-jaw self-centering hydraulic chuck is included as standard.
Stainless steel guards protect the guideways from corrosion caused by metal chips and coolant, while also facilitating easy chip removal.
