BL20-HSY CNC Turning & Milling Machine Center is a high-speed and high-precision turning and milling center. The machine tool is equipped with double motorized spindles, twelve station servo power turret, high rigidity roller linear guide, with Y-axis function and double c-axis function, which can complete the turning and milling of workpiece. It is especially suitable for turning and milling of parts to complete all or most processes at one time. It is mainly used for precision machining of parts in aviation, aerospace, automobile, machinery and other industries.

1 、  Technical characteristics and important components for main structural forms

1. The flat machine bed and inclined bed saddle structure are adopted, and the internal rib shape is optimized by three-dimensional design software to improve the rigidity and stability of large parts and the whole machine. The machine bed, bed saddle and slide plate are made of high-strength cast iron. The stress is eliminated by two aging treatments. The strength is high and the shock absorption is good. The deformation and vibration of the machine tool caused by the cutting force are effectively suppressed.

2. The spin box and the auxiliary spin box adopt the electric spin structure, with high spin speed, good rigidity and fast dynamic response, which improves the processing roundness and surface accuracy. The dual motorized spindle structure can exchange workpieces under high-speed rotation, and cooperate with 12 station servo turret to realize the processing of all or most of the workpieces, which greatly saves the clamping and processing time and improves the processing efficiency. The dual c-axis function can perform the workpiece indexing and surface interpolation processing on any spindle.

3. The X, y, Z and W direction guide rail pairs are linear roller guide rail pairs, with small dynamic and static friction and fast movement up to 30 / 10 / 30 / 30m / min in X / Y / Z / W direction.

4. The machine tool is equipped with thermal error compensation function, which can monitor the temperature change of the machine tool at all times, and intelligently modify the machining parameters of the machine tool to improve the stability of the machine tool processing.

5. Turret adopts an integrated BMT 12 position servo power turret, which has good rigidity, fast tool change speed and high accuracy.

6. It has Y-axis function and vertical and horizontal milling function. It can complete the complex processing of turning, milling, drilling and tapping of the outer circle and end face of the workpiece with one clamping. It avoids multiple clamping errors and ensures the accuracy of the workpiece. It is particularly advantageous for the processing of complex workpieces.

7) Centralized automatic thin oil lubrication is adopted for the guide rail and ball screw pair. Each node is equipped with a quantitative oil separator, which regularly and quantitatively injects oil to each lubricating part to ensure the uniform lubrication of each sliding surface, effectively reduce the friction resistance, improve the motion accuracy, and ensure the service life of the ball screw pair and the guide rail;

8. The electrical unit cabinet of the machine tool has good sealing performance and is equipped with air conditioner of the electrical cabinet to ensure the normal operation of the CNC system under the high temperature and high humidity environment of the machine tool.

9. The machine tool has a compact structure and a small footprint.

10. The machine tool adopts a new type of protection that meets the safety standards. It is beautiful and elegant. It is fully enclosed. It not only prevents coolant splashing, but also ensures safe operation and pleasant appearance. Each guide rail of machine tool is equipped with a protective cover to prevent chips and coolant from entering the machine tool and prevent the guide rail and ball screw from being worn and corroded;

The large inclined surface structure inside the machine bed makes the iron scraps smoothly slide onto the chain plate of the chip conveyor at the bottom of the machine tool. The chain plate is driven by the chip removal motor to transport the chips to the chip removal trolley.
