Product Details
Bed:
Advanced reinforced cast iron is integrally formed. It adopts symmetrical, box-type structure and adds M-shaped mesh ribs to resist bending, thermal deformation, and torsion, while achieving the effect of earthquake resistance and enhanced rigidity.
After the casting is completed, it is annealed under strict control to eliminate internal stress and reduce the influence of deformation. This makes the overall rigidity of the machine tool high and resistant to heavy cutting.
Column:
The high-grade reinforced cast iron box structure has a larger length and width ratio to increase the cross-sectional coefficient, and the inner wall has a reinforced M-shaped mesh rib.which can resist the lateral force of cutting and the torsional force, and also has the effect of shockproof and enhancing rigidity. After the casting is completed, it is annealed under strict control to eliminate internal stress and reduce the influence of deformation. This makes the overall rigidity of the machine tool high and resistant to heavy cutting.
Saddle (X, Z axis seat):
High-grade reinforced cast iron, all linear rails, slides and slides are assembled, the material is annealed to eliminate stress and reduce deformation.

Design of front and rear rails of the crossbeam:
Avoid the forward tilt caused by the wear of the inclined pin after long-term use of the machine tool, and ensure the center stability of the machine tool.
The X-axis adopts a reinforced roller linear rail, which has the rigidity of the hard rail and has the advantages of fast and high movement accuracy.
The Z-axis square hard rail is made of German NF1 special steel and is precisely ground. The slide table is affixed with wear-resistant plastic sheet (Turcite-B) and then precision scraped. It has the characteristics of strong shock absorption, high rigidity and high precision. It is the best choice for achieving precision and durable cutting and high reliability.
Spindle drive mode:
Multi-stage gear transmission is used between the worktable and the spindle motor. The spindle servo motor drives the worktable through a four-stage gear via a gearbox, avoiding the loss of spindle torque. The torque is increased by 20% compared with traditional belt drive, ensuring cutting rigidity.
Front-mounted chip conveyor and cooling water device:
The chip conveyor is close to the spindle, and the chip water is used to flush the bed, so that the iron chips and heat are quickly removed from the conveyor and separated from the main body to reduce thermal deformation.
Bearing seats at both ends of the ball screw:
The two ends of the ball screw are supported by heavy-load high-precision bevel ball bearings. The bearings are pre-loaded and the screws are pre-tensioned. They are assembled based on the accumulated experience of theoretical and practical use to ensure the rigidity, accuracy and stability of the system.
ATC tool magazine:
The combination of the ram and the tool holder adopts BT50+ curved tooth connection. The tool holder and tool holder are firmly integrated, with high rigidity and high resilience. The tool is picked up nearby to save tool change time. The cutting fluid flows out through the tool holder to ensure the cutting and cooling effect of the tool.
The ATC tool magazine adopts servo drive and hydraulic clamping; the tool magazine sheet metal adopts an open design, which is conducive to cleaning iron chips and increasing the length of the tool holder.
Spindle bearings:
European brand PSL precision cross roller bearings, which bear axial and radial loads at the same time, have the characteristics of high precision, high rigidity, high speed and long life. The enlarged spindle bearings make heavy cutting more stable and improve the surface roughness of the workpiece.
Gearbox:
The variable speed gearbox can provide strong cutting characteristics with low speed and high torque, and uses a forced lubrication cooling system to ensure the accuracy and life of the machine tool.
Vertical turning and milling center tool spindle:
High-precision rotary tool spindle head, ensures the rotation accuracy, and the spindle is strictly controlled by the computer and tested and inspected. Ensure the accuracy of temperature rise and the durability of life.
C-axis indexing design, grating scale detection indexing, servo motor indexing control, worm gear drive positive and negative gear connection, eliminate gear clearance, and ensure indexing accuracy.
Control system:
Use FANUC 0i-TF system.
