Machine Introduction:
1250 tons of three beams and four columns hydraulic press adopts three beams and four columns structure, the pressure is 1250T, is a wide range of applications of pressure machinery, suitable for a variety of plastic material pressing process, such as stamping, bending, flanging, thin plate parts of the stretching, molding, punching, bending, and so on. It can also be engaged in calibration, press fitting, wheel molding, plastic products and powder products press molding.
Structure overview:
1.The body of the machine adopts three-beam and four-column structure: from the upper crossbar, slider, worktable, column, master cylinder, hydraulic power system and electrical system and other components. The upper crossbeam, slider and worktable are welded with high quality steel plate, and after welding, the welding stress is eliminated by high-frequency vibration. The column of the hydraulic press is made of high quality 45# steel, and the surface is mid-frequency quenched and chrome-plated.
2.1250tons of three-beam four-column hydraulic press cylinder tonnage is achieved by a piston cylinder, the cylinder body is high-quality forged steel, piston rod surface by intermediate frequency quenching treatment, high hardness, long service life. The main seals of the cylinder adopt high-quality seals to ensure reliable sealing.
