630GS3 Medium-Speed Wire cut Electrical Discharge Machine Product Introduction :
630GS3 AC servo medium-feeding wire-cutting machine tool is an upgraded version of 500GS1. It is a five-axis CNC (“Z” axis CNC manual lock) four-axis linkage medium-feeding wire-cutting machine tool. The “Z” axis can realize micron-level CNC control , The U/V axis adopts precision linear guide rail, ball screw and motor are directly connected. This model of Shanghai ANTISHI is the first servo medium-feeding wire-cutting machine tool in China to adopt this structure to achieve stable processing.
In order to better achieve higher precision of our products, better product consistency, and more stable product stability. For this reason, Shanghai ANTISHI has introduced a German ZEISS three-coordinate measuring instrument for three-dimensional inspection and screening of machine tool castings and purchased parts.
Features
1.Machinery
(1) The fuselage is integrally cast with high-quality resin sand, and has been tempered twice, and then processed by special means to eliminate the internal stress of the casting, ensure that the machine tool will not deform for a long time, and ensure the continuous maintenance of machine tool accuracy.
(2) The “T” shaped bed base and slow wire structure are adopted to improve the stability of long-term processing.
(3) The overall machine tool adopts a “C”-shaped structure, which is stable in structure and better in precision retention.
2.Mechanical inspection
(1) Machine tool components are inspected in strict accordance with Swiss manufacturing standards and inspection standards.
(2) All key components of the machine tool have been strictly inspected by advanced imported testing instruments such as German ZEISS three-coordinate measuring instrument and German height measuring instrument.
(3) British RENISHAW laser interferometry strictly inspects the positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy of machine tools.
(4) Shanghai ANTISHI ensures that the internal control standard of each machine tool is higher than the national standard.

3.Drive and control
(1) Swiss standard custom imported precision ball screw and precision ball guide.
(2) The imported precision ball screw is directly connected with the Japanese AC servo motor, which has higher precision and longer retention.

4.Water tank filtration and environmental protection processing
