Introduction to Functions and Main Structural Features
The BK5035 CNC slotting machine has the functions of machining keyways, gears, planing planes and forming surfaces. It is a cutting machine that realizes slotting through the control of a CNC system.
This machine adopts domestic and foreign brand CNC systems to achieve full-screen editing with Chinese character prompts. The main drive adopts a crank handle mechanism. The main motor realizes the insertion of workpieces through three-stage deceleration (one-stage synchronous belt deceleration and two-stage gear deceleration). The X and Y feed is servo-controlled to achieve stepless speed regulation function. The X and Y ball screws are directly connected to the motors.
A CNC dividing head or a CNC rotary table can be configured according to user needs. An internal rotary worktable can also be optionally equipped to realize the slotting function, further expanding the functions of the machine tool and realizing the precise machining of keyways in different angular directions.
This machine has high power, strong cutting force, good rigidity, high cost performance, long service life, and can be widely used in machine tool and automobile manufacturing, various mechanical and electrical, aerospace and other industries. It is an ideal equipment for machining keyways of various materials.
Main Components:
The machine tool mainly consists of the upper and lower beds, carriage, ram, crank, slider, worktable, etc. All of them are made of HT250 castings, which have undergone high-temperature aging treatment and are completed through finish machining or precision scraping and fitting.
Main Structural Features:
1.The slotting machine is controlled by the KND1000MF CNC system. Equipped with an electronic handwheel, it is convenient for tool setting.
2.The transmission mode is synchronous belt transmission, which features low noise and high power transmission.
3.The main slotting motor is a 5.5KW high-torque servo motor.
4.The ball screw pairs of the X and Y axes adopt a double-nut preloading structure, which facilitates the adjustment of the clearance between the screw and the nut and extends the service life of the ball screw pairs.
5.The precision inspection standard of the machine tool is implemented in accordance with the JB/T2825.3-2006 mechanical industry standard.
