Features of the whole machine:
1. The machine adopts the principle of rotational speed difference between the grinding wheel to be dressed and the dressing wheel to realize the shape dressing of the grinding wheel to be dressed.
2. The spindle grinding wheel of the machine is used as the dressing diamond grinding wheel or CBN grinding wheel, and the grinding wheel installed on the attachment is used as the dressing wheel, i.e. green silicon carbide grinding wheel.
3. The dressing wheel can be adjusted in two directions, i.e. X-axis and Y-axis.
4. The dressing wheel can be adjusted in three directions, i.e. rotating A-axis, X1-axis and Y1-axis, and it can be oscillated back and forth with frequency conversion and speed regulation, besides, the X1-axis and the Y1-axis can be rotated and positioned between them, which can realize that the dressing wheel can be rotated by 180°.
5. The machine is equipped with CCD optical measuring system, scale digital display measuring system, 10 to 100 times magnification system, liquid crystal display.
