1. Suitable for processing of cylinder, cone, end face, groove surface, arc and various surfaces. Spindle servo motor and spindle encoder can be equipped according to customer requirements, which can realize the function of turning thread and constant linear speed cutting.
2. The spindle of the table is centering with high-precision adjustable radial clearance double-row short cylindrical roller bearing. The constant current hydrostatic guide rail is adopted in the axial direction, which makes the table with high rotation accuracy, strong bearing capacity and small thermal deformation.
3. The base, workbench, bed and beam are made of gray cast iron with high strength and good wear resistance, and the internal stress is eliminated by thermal aging treatment without deformation.
4. Bed, beam, ram and other guide surface using quenching, grinding, manual grinding, good contact surface, high precision. The beam is locked by hydraulic aging, with large cutting capacity and no vibration.
5. The machine feed is driven by AC servo motor and ball screw, and the beam is equipped with stainless steel closed cover, which increases the safety and comfort of the machine.
6. The main drive of the machine tool is driven by AC motor, and the main shaft is driven by 16 variable speed mechanism, which realizes the expansion of the speed range of the workbench.
7. CNC system according to user needs, can choose to import or domestic configuration.
