Product description
CK52 series CNC double-column vertical lathe is a high-tech mechatronics product that our company has absorbed the most advanced design and manufacturing technology of the time, adopted CAD optimization design methods, implemented enterprise precision standards, and equipped with domestic and foreign advanced functional components. The structural performance has achieved strong cutting, the worktable has an overload, the machine tool has high dynamic and static rigidity, all movements are safe and reliable, the service life is long, and the processing efficiency is high.
CK5225B-16-15 is suitable for high-speed steel tools, carbide tools and various high-performance tools, and can process ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and some non-metallic material workpieces. The machine tool can complete the rough and fine turning of inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, inner and outer conical surfaces, planes, rotary surfaces, grooving, threading and other processes.
Main structure
This machine is a gantry-type structure. The left and right columns, connecting beams and workbench base are connected to each other to form a frame structure, which consists of a gantry, main transmission gearbox, workbench, crossbeam, crossbeam lifting mechanism, left and right vertical tool rests, hydraulic device, electric control cabinet, etc.
1.Workbench and main transmission part
It consists of a workbench, a workbench base, a spindle device and a transmission mechanism.
The workbench has the functions of starting, stopping, jogging and speed change. The spindle is equipped with a double-row radial short cylindrical roller bearing, whose inner ring has a tapered hole, and the spindle accuracy is guaranteed by adjusting the radial clearance. The workbench adopts hydraulic guide rails to bear the load in the vertical direction, and the machine tool can work normally under the ambient temperature of 0-40℃.
The main transmission mechanism is driven by an AC55KW motor to drive the gearbox. The gearbox is driven by the hydraulic cylinder to drive the speed change gear, realizing four-speed stepless speed change, flexible and stable speed change, large torque, high rotation accuracy and low noise.
2.Gantry
The gantry consists of left and right columns and connecting beams. There is a lifting box on the top of the gantry,
driven by an AC motor, which moves the crossbeam along the left and right column guide rails through a worm gear pair and a double screw. The left and right columns, connecting beams and other large parts of the machine tool are made of high-strength, low-stress cast iron materials with a hardness of HB170-190, which makes the machine tool have greater strength and higher rigidity. After aging treatment, stress is eliminated to ensure the accuracy of the machine tool.
3.Beam part
It consists of a beam, a horizontal feed transmission structure, a clamping mechanism and a hydraulic device.
The beam is made of high-strength, low-stress cast iron, which has sufficient rigidity and strength. After aging treatment, it ensures the accuracy of the machine tool. The angle surface between the beam and the column guide rail is bonded with PTFE wear-resistant guide rail soft belt, which has a very small friction coefficient and extends the service life of the machine tool. There are 4 hydraulic clamping points behind the beam. The clamping mechanism is interlocked with the beam lifting motor and lubrication, and is controlled by the beam lifting button to ensure the working stability of the beam.
4.Turning tool rest
The left DVT is controlled, and the right tool rest is controlled by the CNC system. It consists of a crossbeam slide, a ram, a reduction device, a balancing cylinder, and a ball screw assembly. The horizontal feed is driven by a servo motor through a precision planetary reducer to drive the ball screw to move horizontally. The vertical feed is driven by a servo motor through a precision planetary reducer to drive the ball screw to move vertically. The tool rest ram is equipped with a hydraulic balancing device to balance the weight of the ram and make the ram move smoothly.
5.Hydraulic system of machine tool
The hydraulic system includes: workbench hydraulic system, main transmission speed change system, crossbeam clamping system, vertical tool post slide hydraulic balance system. The oil supply system of the workbench guide rail is composed of components such as gear pump overflow valve. The oil outlet is connected to the oil chamber respectively. When processing workpieces of different weights, the output flow can be controlled by the flow selection switch to ensure the floating amount of the workbench.
6.Lubrication system
Each lubrication system of the whole machine is equipped with an automatic lubrication station to ensure that each lubrication point can be fully lubricated regularly and quantitatively. The left and right tool posts each have a set of automatic lubrication stations.
7.Electrical system
The electrical control part is completely independently designed, constructed, debugged and provided after-sales service by our company (not outsourced), which effectively guarantees product quality and solves users’ worries. The electrical design, manufacture and installation of machine tools shall comply with the International Electrotechnical Commission GB5226.1-2008/IEC60204-1:2005, ISO13849-12006 Industrial Machinery Electrical Equipment Part 1 General Technical Conditions.
