Product description
The CK Series machine is a mature product mainly exported by the company. The whole machine has a compact structure, beautiful and pleasant appearance, high spindle torque, high rigidity, stable and reliable performance, and excellent accuracy retention.
The optimized design of the headboard is suitable for turning disc and shaft parts. It can process straight lines, arcs, metric and inch threads, and multi-head threads. It can be applied to turning disc and shaft parts with complex shapes and high accuracy processing requirements.
Both the machine tool guide rail and the sliding saddle guide rail are made of hard guide rail of special materials, which are hardened at high frequency, super hard and wear-resistant, durable, and have good machining accuracy retention.
The CNC system adopts GSK980TC3 system, and adopts domestic ball screws and high-precision screw bearings.
The spindle with high-precision spindle bearing group and precision assembly and dynamic balance test is used to ensure high spindle accuracy, low noise and strong rigidity.
Both the machine tool guide rail and the sliding saddle guide rail are made of hard guide rail of special materials, which are hardened at high frequency, super hard and wear-resistant, durable, and have good machining accuracy retention.The guide rail is equipped with a chip scraping device to prevent the guide rail from being corroded by iron shavings and coolant, and to facilitate the cleaning of iron shavings.

2.It adopts the working principle of turbine and worm drive, meshing the upper and lower sprockets, and clamping the screw.It has the advantages of fast indexing, high positioning accuracy, and large tangential torque.Hall components are used for transmitting and turning positions, which have a long service life.
3.K11 series three-jaw self-centering chuck, short cylindrical connection method, integral jaw (one pair of positive and negative), K11A/C/D type jaw is a separate jaw, which can be adjusted for positive jaw and reverse
4.High efficiency, low temperature rise, high precision, high speed, high rigidity, reversibility, long life, low energy consumption, high synchronization, simple maintenance, and strong user operability
5.The hydraulic tailstock is processed by manual (or hydraulic) adjustment, manual locking, and manual (or hydraulic) jacking of the workpiece.
6.Each lubrication point adopts a forced automatic lubrication device for fixed-point quantitative lubrication of the screw and guide rail. When there is an abnormal state or insufficient oil volume, a warning signal is automatically generated.Working Stable and reliable.
