DK77M series High precise CNC WEDM Wire Cutting Machine Product Introduction :
DK77M middle speed WEDM wire cutthing machine, is the full-closed servo-type CNC wire-cut EDM machine main body adopts a slow-moving wire T-shaped structure, and the workbench is integrated without suspension, which is good for load-bearing and has good processing stability.
Maximum cutting efficiency ≥200mm²/min;
The best surface roughness ≤ Ra0.8μm;
X, Y, U, V, Z five axes are made of Taiwan HIWIN linear guide rail and high precision double nut ball screw;
High precision cutting ≤± 2 μm;
The maximum processing taper is ±10º (60mm thick workpiece).
Continuous cutting 100,000 mm² molybdenum wire loss ≤0.005 mm;
The whole machine adopts bearings imported from Japan;
