1.The main body and components are cast from high-grade FC-30 cast iron, undergoing artificial normalization heat treatment and natural aging. Components are processed using world-class equipment from YASDA, MITSUI SEIKI, TOSHIBA, ELB, and other manufacturers in a single clamping process. Precision dimensions can reach micron levels, ensuring high precision of the equipment’s foundation components.

2.The first domestically developed center-type grinding machine structure eliminates the problem of small grinding volume and low efficiency in grinding wheel processing on the outer cylindrical surface. Using the end face as the initial surface for rough machining, the processing volume is large and the processing efficiency is high. The highly automated grinding system developed jointly with ANTISHICNC and developed in Chinese by secondary development can freely move and rearrange buttons and icons, and can realize the creation interface of multi-step and complex step-difference work pieces without programming. 5. The precision linear guides and ball screws are continuously lubricated by an automatic lubrication system, ensuring a long service life and maintaining optimal accuracy. The cooling and lubrication systems are separated from the machine body, eliminating vibration and facilitating heat dissipation.

6.The grinding wheel spindle utilizes a high-precision electric spindle, which maintains a constant temperature through internal oil cooling and features an adjustable speed mechanism. The maximum linear speed of the grinding wheel can reach 90 m/s, ensuring convenient and efficient machining of work pieces of varying diameters.

7.The standard clamping method of the machine itself is collet type, which adopts Swiss SCHAUBERLIN clamping assembly, with high clamping precision and good durability.

8. The automatic loading and unloading manipulator is powered by three servo motors. Through the combination of precision linear rails and control systems, the entire material delivery and receiving process can be completed efficiently, accurately and conveniently.

9. Using the KEYENCE laser positioning device and the front positioning method, the multi-level step difference of the work piece can be accurately processed to ensure the step length of the work piece, while eliminating the error caused by the automatic feeding device and clamping.

10. Automated Configuration
Robotic Arm:
The automatic loading and unloading robot is powered by three synchronized motors. Through the integration of precision linear guides and a control system, it efficiently, accurately, and conveniently completes the entire material delivery and collection process.
Tray Device:
Both the stock tray and the return tray can hold 340-510 pieces. Operation is convenient and flexible; simply lift and align with the four holes before placing back.
Loading and unloading device:
Two pneumatic finger cylinders are used to load and unload products. A rotary cylinder is used for angle adjustment, ranging from 0 to 90 degrees.
