XY axis roller track; X-axis dual servo motor gear rack transmission; Z-axis square slider hard rail; 4500 rpm main axle box, with a spindle power of 30/37kW; Equipped with FANUC 0I-MF (1) CNC system, Taiwan’s first-class quality standard, 24-hour non-stop and efficient processing.

Dingliang Longmen Processing Center is a series of products independently developed and developed by the original Taiwan technology and manufacturing team, which has digested and absorbed international advanced technology. Equipped with various processing functions such as milling, boring, drilling (drilling, expanding, reaming), threading, spot milling, etc. Suitable for various mechanical processing fields such as automobiles, molds, aerospace, packaging, hardware, etc.

Main structure

The machine tool is fixed with a gantry frame and a movable worktable structure, mainly composed of worktable, bed, column, crossbeam, saddle, ram, hydraulic system, lubrication system, cooling and filtering system, chip removal device, rotary operation panel, and electrical control system components.
Definition of each coordinate axis:
X-axis: The workbench moves forward and backward longitudinally on the bed;
Y-axis: The sliding pillow and saddle components move horizontally along the guide rail on the crossbeam;
Z-axis: The ram moves vertically up and down along the guide rail on the saddle;

Sliding saddle pillow (Z-axis)

The saddle and pillow are made of high-strength and high-quality cast iron, with resin sand shape. The square pillow and saddle are assembled into a box in box high rigid structure, and the internal components adopt a circular rib structure. The larger saddle guide rail joint surface improves the support rigidity and stability during cutting, making it suitable for heavy-duty cutting;
The guide rail pair adopts a laminated plate+medium frequency quenched sliding guide rail structure, with a strong lubrication system, combined with a high torque servo motor and hydraulic cylinder balance, to ensure good dynamic characteristics of the slider and faster start stop response.
The Z-axis servo system adopts an AC servo motor, which is connected by a high rigidity coupling and directly drives the heavy-duty ball screw to rotate, achieving high-precision reciprocating motion of the Z-axis. The screw support adopts a fixed pre tension structure at both ends

Head (patented structure)

The spindle is made of high-quality alloy steel, carburized and quenched. The spindle bearing components are made of P4 grade spindle bearings from Germany or Japan, and are equipped with a spindle constant temperature cooling system, ensuring good machining accuracy and service life. A high rigidity 3000rpm spindle equipped with roller bearings.
The main sport is equipped with full gear transmission, which achieves high and low speed changes through automatic shifting, with stepless speed regulation within each speed range. While providing high torque and rigidity for heavy cutting, it also provides stable high speed, ensuring the surface smoothness of the workpiece during heavy cutting.
The main shaft gear adopts imported JIS level 1 precision gears, which have the characteristics of high precision, low noise, and high transmission efficiency. The precision gears and bearings are lubricated with warm and thin oil spray to ensure safe use for extended periods of time;

Column (Y-axis)

The box structure is designed using finite element analysis, with distributed well shaped network ribs, high-quality MIHANNA standard cast iron, two electric furnace aging and two vibration aging to ensure long-term seismic resistance without deformation;
The cross-section of the crossbeam is large, and the span of the guide rail is large, ensuring processing stability. The distance from the spindle center to the Z-axis guide rail surface is short, the flipping torque is small, and the structural rigidity is good.
The Y-axis guide rail is supported by imported heavy-duty roller guide rails, and multiple sliding blocks are used to support the saddle. This structure has good seismic performance, strong rigidity, and good stability. The transmission system adopts an AC servo motor, which is connected by a low backlash reducer and a high rigidity coupling to directly drive the heavy-duty ball screw to rotate, achieving linear reciprocating motion of the Y-axis. The screw support adopts a fixed pre tension structure at both ends

Bed (X-axis)

The box structure is designed using finite element analysis, with double walls and ribs combined into one, ensuring a stable foundation for maximum heavy-duty seismic resistance. The bed and workbench are made of high-strength high-quality cast iron with resin sand molding.
The X-axis guide rail adopts three heavy-duty guide rail support structures, and the high load-bearing slider positions and quantities are reasonably arranged on each roller linear guide rail according to mechanical principles, so as to achieve high rigidity and long-term stability of the machine tool accuracy.
The transmission system adopts a double tooth rack and double AC servo motor clearance mechanism to achieve high-precision reciprocating motion of the X-axis in a straight line without clearance, ensuring the long-term dynamic accuracy of the workbench

Hydraulic system

The hydraulic system functions include automatic unclamping of the spindle, balance cylinder of the ram, etc. The system adopts integrated installation to ensure the reliability of the entire machine’s movement and facilitate maintenance.

Lubricating system

The guide rail and screw of the entire machine are equipped with a quantitative lubrication system, which can adjust the oil supply cycle and amount at each lubrication point, and achieve fully automatic centralized lubrication through electrical system control.

Cooling system

The constant temperature cooling system can effectively cool the spindle system,ensuring the accuracy and stability of the main movement of the machine tool; The tool cooling system, namely the cutting fluid device and cutting air blowing device, can timely remove the heat generated during the machining process.

Chip removal device

A set of spiral chip conveyor is distributed on both sides of the workbench, and the equipment is equipped with a lifting chain plate chip conveyor and a chip conveyor car at the end.

Casting

Casting: optimal cast iron: professional large factory, high-quality pig iron, electric furnace annealing
Stress relief: electric furnace first annealing – natural aging (4-6 months) – vibration aging (4 hours) – rough machining – electric furnace second annealing – semi fine machining – natural cooling for 3 days – vibration aging (4 hours – fine machining)
