SMC automobile deflector is a product processed from FRP as raw material, using molding process, through the hydraulic press machine with mold, molding under high temperature and high pressure at a time. The process of molding automobile deflector by four column hydraulic press machine:
1.Preheating and pre-pressing: in order to shorten the molding time and dry the moisture in the plastic, the plastic material will be preheated; and then the preheated material will be pre-pressed into the quality and shape of a certain plastic blank.
2.Addmaterial: Put the plastic material into the open mold.
3.Closing the mold: the mold is closed and heated and pressurized by the automobile deflector molding hydraulic press, so that the plastic melts and fills the cavity.
4.Demolding: After the plastic part is hardened and molded, the plastic part will be taken out.

The hydraulic system is equipped with a set of slow mold opening cylinders and precision control hydraulic devices such as proportional valves and servo flow valves, each cylinder is individually equipped with a large-throughput fast-stroke charging valve, and the bottom of the table is equipped with an ejector cylinder, which can realize the actions of fast descending, slow descending, slow pressing, slow mold opening, fast return, and ejecting from the mold. It adopts PLC touch screen control plus servo-driven mode, which can realize semi-automatic production in the case of manually placing materials. The selected servo system can start and stop the servo motor intelligently to achieve the environmental protection effect of energy-saving and noise reduction.
