Our customer is a large local steel mill, which mainly manufactures various metal materials and belongs to end users. In order to expand production and improve production efficiency, they decided to add factory equipment. After discussing with several factories in China, they finally chose Shanghai ANTS machine.
In order to cater to the usage habits of the customer’s factory engineers, Shanghai ANTS team helped the customer realize the machine customization, we have selected Siemens 808D English system for the machine,11KW Siemens main motor, spindle indexing, brake, PRAGATI 8-station VDi30 electric turret (6160 pallet, tool holder 25 squares), 250mm manual three-jaw chuck, Hydraulic tailstock, hydraulic station, cooling pump 250W, so that can help factory operators to adapt to new machines faster.
ANTISHI CK6150x1500 Horizontal CNC lathe has compact structure, beautiful and pleasant appearance, large spindle torque, high rigidity, stable and reliable performance, and excellent precision retention. It is suitable for the turning processing of disk and shaft parts. It can process straight lines, arcs, metric and inch threads, and multi-start threads. It can be applied to the processing of disk and shaft parts with complex turning shapes and high precision requirements.
