The TG160 CNC laser tool grinder is primarily designed for the manufacturing and regrinding of cutting tools made from ultra-hard materials—such as PCD, MCD, CBN, and ceramics—as well as brazed turning tools and milling cutters.

- High processing efficiency: Laser processing speeds are more than five times faster than traditional grinding wheel methods. Complex 3D cutting edges, chip breakers, and negative chamfers can be completed in a single setup, eliminating the need for frequent wheel changes or dressing.

- No tool deformation: Laser processing is a non-contact method, meaning there is no grinding pressure.
