Equipment Introductions
Hydraulic Hack Saw also called Bow sawing machines are not considered to be metal band sawing machines. A bow sawing machine uses a saw blade on a bow in a reciprocating motion to cut metal materials. Bow saw blades are generally made of high speed steel material.
HSS has high hardness, high wear resistance and good thermal hardness. In the sawing process, the saw blade and metal material violent friction will produce a lot of heat, high-speed steel can maintain its hardness at higher temperatures, still effective sawing work, thus extending the service life of the saw blade.
