High-end specialty engineering plastics such as PEEK, nylon, and POM, as well as titanium alloys, stainless steel, and alloy steel, are widely used in medical implants, semiconductor components, small aerospace structural parts, and new energy shaft valve parts. The processing conditions for these workpieces vary greatly. PEEK generates high heat during cutting, is prone to melting and sticking to the cutting tool, and deforms under heat. Metal materials have high cutting resistance, and the processes involving multiple grooves, holes, and threads are complex. Ordinary single-axis CNC lathes cannot handle the high-precision mass production of both materials simultaneously, and multiple clamping operations lead to dimensional deviations and low productivity. The TCK50AY×500 slant bed milling and turning composite machine tool, equipped with X/Y/Z/C four-axis linkage, boasts a high-rigidity machine body, servo-powered milling unit, and a high-flow cooling system, enabling it to complete turning, milling, drilling, and tapping composite processes in one operation, stably achieving mass production processing of plastic and metal irregularly shaped parts.

Recently, a Russian precision parts manufacturer contacted the Shanghai ANTISHICNC team. Strict requirements were placed on dimensional consistency, surface finish, and multi-sided milling forming. The ANTISHICNC TCK50Y×500 features an integral slant-cast bed with multiple aging stress-relief treatments. The spindle is equipped with NSK/KOYO paired precision bearings and undergoes overall mechanical balancing. Combined with a fully closed-loop X/Y/Z/C servo system, it achieves micron-level positioning accuracy, effectively suppressing cutting vibration when machining thin-walled plastics and slender metal parts. It comes standard with a large-capacity cooling and lubrication unit to quickly dissipate high cutting temperatures and prevent PEek tool sticking and thermal deformation. The 12-station BMT55 power turret can simultaneously perform radial and axial milling and drilling, adapting to continuous automated batch processing of multiple materials.
