YK8026 High-Speed And High-Precision Six-Axis CNC Gear Skiving Machine
Zero-transmission, direct-drive six-axis CNC gear skiving machine: The CNC high-speed gear skiving machine adopts the principle of generating method, and realizes indexing motion and generating linkage through the precise mathematical model of the numerical control system (higher than EGB). Both B and C axes are directly driven by servo motors to achieve zero transmission.
Specialized system for expert gear skiving machine: No programming required, parameterized input, integrated skiving process expert system, can realize precise and efficient machining of straight internal gears, cycloidal gears, helical internal gears, etc.
High speed, self-developed direct-drive electric spindle: B-axis adopts high-power DD direct-drive motor, which has the characteristics of high rigidity, strong shock resistance, and constant temperature, and the speed can reach 5000r/min.
High efficiency, new breakthrough in intelligent technology: the expert system integrates automatic adjustment interference anti-collision function, precision memory function after power failure, and power failure protection function

1.Adopt Ai800A six-axis linkage intelligent control system, integrate industrial Ethernet bus IO unit, absolute value AC servo unit, and have high-end technology.
2.The innovative rotary scraping cutting process breaks through the limitations of the traditional gear shaping process, and the straight and helical gears can be used in one machine.
