Turcite belt for Sliding Guide
Turcite belt is a thermoplastic resin used in industrial applications where friction reduction in bearings and moving parts is required. Due to the use of nano-superfine formula, the guide rail soft belt material is more uniform and dense, eliminating internal stress, cutting without deformation, straighter appearance, no “fluff”, and stronger wear resistance. It has been widely used in various common machine tools. As well as the manufacture and maintenance of mechanical sliding guides for textile, printing, papermaking, food, chemical, woodworking machinery, etc., especially suitable for various precision machine tools, CNC machine tools and high-precision machining centers.
