SK7140 CNC External Thread Grinder is mainly suitable for tool manufacturers to grind various cylindrical or conical large-size external thread plug gauges. The machine tool is controlled by SIEMENS 828D CNC system, which can realize six-axis three-linkage. It can grind cylindrical, conical, triangular, sawtooth, trapezoidal and arc-shaped external threads. The dressing feed is controlled by the servo axis, and the dressing amount can be compensated to the grinding wheel frame feed for automatic compensation. The worktable movement and grinding wheel frame feed can be equipped with grating rulers to achieve full closed-loop control. The head frame spindle rotation can be equipped with an incremental rotary encoder to achieve full closed-loop control, which can perfectly meet the processing needs of customers.
