It supports a cutting pipe diameter range of ∅1.5mm – 25mm. The self-developed feeding system is equipped with a simple detachable material rack, which is easy to transport and practical. The high-precision chuck is a hollow rotary pneumatic one with a speed of 500 rpm and a fast clamping response time, and won’t damage the pipe surface. Qualified personnel can replace the chuck in 3 minutes. It adopts a BT series fiber-specific three-dimensional laser cutting head with a capacitive non-contact automatic tracking system to ensure the cutting effect and quality, and has a high-speed capacitive sensing cutting distance of 0.2mm. It also uses an industry first-class fiber laser with stable performance and a long service life of key components, a fully enclosed constant temperature laser working environment, a red light collimator for calibration, and an excellent transmission system with a direct drive power system and an automatic lubrication device to ensure the stability of the service life. |
