Introduction of Laser Cutting Machine

The chuck adopts hollow rotary pneumatic chuck, this kind of chuck speed up to 500 rpm, clamping response time is fast, because the use of equal pipe diameter chuck, so will not be clamped flowers clamping injury pipe surface. After professional training, qualified personnel, different specifications need to replace the corresponding specifications of the chuck, replacement time of 3 minutes.
8.(1)Fiber-specific three-dimensional laser cutting head:
The equipment adopts BT series fiber-specific laser cutting head, with capacitive non-contact automatic tracking system, which can adjust the optimal focal length to ensure the best overall cutting effect, even if the material surface is uneven can still ensure the cutting quality, the cut seam is flat and beautiful;
High-speed capacitive sensing cutting distance as low as 0.2mm, improving cutting performance and reducing gas consumption. As the cutting head is equipped with non-contact sensing device, under the control of the system, it is able to realize stable Z-axis floating function, which directly eliminates the effect of uneven pipe on cutting quality, and makes the laser cutting machine have a high cutting yield.
