The customer needed to cut square tubes with a length of 6 meters, a maximum width and height of 100mm, a tube wall thickness of 6mm and round tubes with a maximum diameter of 120mm. The cutting capacity of CNC425 is: round tube diameter ≤120 mm, square tube size (width*height) ≤100×100 mm. CNC425 can also cut solid bars, cutting capacity: round bar diameter ≤60 mm, square bar size (width*height) ≤50×50 mm. optional features include automatic roller table, deburring machine, cleaning machine, discharging table. The above functions can be freely combined by customers according to their needs.
The customer is also interested in the roller table because of the long length of the workpieces and because the customer wants to improve the productivity and requires high capacity. According to the customer’s needs, we recommend the fully automatic roller table to the customer.
