Product Description
A-500 hard-bearing dynamic balancing machine can be used to balance shafts ranging from 30 kg to 500 kg and various types of medium-sized motor rotors, drums, etc. The balancing machine adopts the SP-600 measurement system and mechanical structure, making it easy to load and unload workpieces and operate.
Main functions of the system:
1. This equipment is used for dynamic balancing testing of products in the range of 30-500kg.
2. Two-channel dynamic balancing software and two sets of speed sensors and signal acquisition systems.
3. A set of hard support support frame with a maximum support diameter of 400mm.
4. Independent control cabinet.
5. Industrial computer measurement system.
6. AC Delta high-performance magnetic beam vector control inverter.

8. The main hardware consists of host computer, 17-inch industrial display, Delta AC inverter, balancing machine base, bracket, transmission mechanism, etc.
General configuration
The equipment has a manual emergency stop button. After pressing this button, all actions of the equipment will stop immediately.
The electrical control cabinet is cooled by a cooling fan.
All proximity switches should be models with indicator lights.
The equipment is equipped with three-color lights to indicate working status.
The control panel (operation and display device) is easy for the operator to operate and observe when setting up or working on the equipment.
