1.Selection of molds for CNCPress Brake Machines
According to the shape and size of the elevator door, select matching bending molds, such as V-shaped molds, U-shaped molds, etc., and install them correctly on the press brake machine. 2.Processing of CNCPress Brake Machines
Positioning the plate: Place the prepared elevator door plate on the CNC press braker machine workbench, and align the edge of the plate with the reference line of the press braker machine through the positioning device or manual adjustment to ensure accurate bending position.
Perform bending: Start the press braker machine, the pressure plate will drop according to the set parameters, press the sheet on the mold, and then the bending beam will start to move, so that the sheet will bend around the mold. During the bending process, pay attention to the bending situation to ensure that the bending angle and size meet the requirements.
Multiple bending: For elevator doors with complex shapes, multiple bending operations may be required. After each bending, the sheet position needs to be readjusted, and each bending part is completed in sequence according to the set program.
In addition, automatic loading and unloading equipment and intelligent material storage can also be installed on the feeding side or the discharging side of the machine. The bending speed of the CNC press braker machine is only 0.2 seconds per knife. The equipment can automatically bend up and down according to the bending process to achieve arc, dead edge, and various angles of combined bending, saving a lot of labor and mold costs for the enterprise.
