Recently, our company successfully exported a customized automated production line based on the TCK6340S CNC Lathe Machine to a company in Slovakia.

This automated CNC lathe production line, designed according to the customer’s workpiece and production requirements, consists of two TCK6340S slant bed CNC lathes, an automatic feeding machine, an automated gantry system, and a three-jaw robotic arm.

The automatic feeding machine is responsible for transporting raw materials, the automated gantry system transfers the products between the two CNC lathes for processing, and the three-jaw robotic arm handles the collection of finished products, significantly improving the customer’s production efficiency.

Customer Introduction The client company is a power supply company based in Slovakia, specializing in the production of household and residential power supplies, air circulation components, and central heating systems. In 2020, they expanded their production plan to include a range of plastic sanitary products.

Therefore, the company needed to continuously improve its production efficiency. After communicating with numerous factories in China, they successfully introduced an automated production line through the Shanghai ANTISHICNC team.

Application

This machine tool is a high-speed, high-precision, high-reliability inclined-bed machine tool. The main components such as the bed base, bed body, and headstock are all cast with high-strength materials to ensure the long-term stability of the machine tool.

The machine tool adopts a 45° overall inclined bed structure, and is equipped with high-precision preloaded Taiwan linear rolling guides. The servo motor is directly connected to the lead screw through a high-torque low-inertia elastic coupling. The lead screw support adopts a pre-stretching structure, which can eliminate transmission Backlash and pre-compensation for the influence of thermal deformation on the accuracy of the machine tool during long-term operation to ensure positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy; the machine tool has high position accuracy, smooth chip removal, and is suitable for high-speed and high-precision machining.

Using high-speed, high-precision and high-rigidity cartridge-type spindle unit and servo spindle motor, it can achieve higher spindle speed. The spindle unit is assembled in a constant temperature room. After assembling, it runs at constant temperature for 72 hours, and then goes on the machine for 72 hours of continuous trial operation to ensure the reliability of high-speed and high-precision performance.

The arranging method is adopted, the tool changing speed is fast, and the positioning accuracy is high.
