Mechanical
1. The precision casting of slow-moving wire machine tool grade is designed by finite element analysis, which greatly enhances the stability and reliability of the long-term use of the machine tool.
2. The liquid tank adopts electric automatic lifting, which makes the operator closer to the processing area and occupies a small space.
3. The operation station can be rotated freely at 90 degrees, with a compact structure and a small footprint.
4. The anti-corrosion and anti-rust steel workbench ensures the high precision of the long-term use of the workbench.
5. Manufactured in strict accordance with the national standard (JB/T11999.1-2014), and manufactured using the Swiss AGIE CHARMILES manufacturing process, manufacturing standards, and inspection standards.

Drive and Control
1. All imported linear guide rails designed by AGIE CHARMILES, ball screw and AC servo motor are directly connected, with higher precision and longer retention.
2. X, Y, U, V, and Z axes all adopt imported AC servo motors and drivers to realize CNC control.
3. The U, V, and Z axes are all controlled by double linear guide rails and ball screws to achieve the control accuracy of slow wire walking.
4. Five-axis CNC, control accuracy 0.001mm.
5. Each axis can realize pitch compensation and backlash compensation, and truly realize high reliability and high precision of taper processing.

Wire transportation
1. Digitally adjust the tension, and quickly adjust to different wire diameters, which is convenient and fast, and realizes constant tension control.
2. The threading structure is controlled by constant tension, making threading more convenient.
3. The wire drum and wire conveying are all controlled by LED lighting, which is convenient for operation.

Water tank filtration and environmental protection processing
1. Multi-stage filter water tank. The fully enclosed sheet metal design is integrated with the machine tool, greatly reducing the floor space.
2. Long-term processing without water mist splashing, processing is more hygienic and more environmentally friendly.

Machining and Testing
1. High-precision imported gantry machining centers, precision grinding machines and related precision equipment perform high-precision machining of mechanical parts.

2. The mechanical bed and parts are strictly in accordance with the inspection standards of AGIE CHARMILES in Switzerland, and are inspected by German ZEISS three-coordinate measuring instrument, Japanese MITUTOYO roughness tester, German height detector and other testing equipment.

3. The British RENISHAW laser interferometer detects the whole process accuracy of the machine tool, and realizes pitch and backlash compensation.
