It is made of Ø 60 mm and Ø 42 mm pipes. Its features include adjustable brackets at both ends and 6 pre-set collar positions, which can completely clean up animals in the event of an accident. It also features a circular and solidly reinforced balanced design, uses a flow drilling process, can be locked individually, has a double-layer removable and sliding frame, and the 4m, 5m and 6m length models are equipped with central embedded reinforcement ribs.
In response to the customer’s processing needs, we recommended CNC6504RET. This model uses Y (feeding), B (rotating tube), C (bending tube), Z (demolding), 4-axis electrical servo drive. The above 4-axis electrical servo drive, combined with the precision trolley servo angle, has a bending accuracy of 0.01° and a feeding accuracy of 0.01mm. The electrical servo drive avoids the defect that the accuracy of ordinary tube bending machines is affected by oil temperature, and is suitable for high-load and mass production.
