Through precise mold alignment and a powerful hydraulic system, it presses flat metal plates into corrugated products with specific wave heights, pitches, and shapes, offering outstanding advantages such as high forming precision, rapid production efficiency, and a wide range of applications.

Operating Principle:
During operation, the metal plate to be processed is placed on the lower die of the worktable. Upon activation, the hydraulic system drives the slide to descend rapidly; as it approaches the workpiece, the speed shifts to the working speed for the pressing operation. Once the preset pressure or stroke is reached, a dwell period follows to ensure the corrugations are fully formed. Subsequently, the slide retracts, and the ejection mechanism ejects the finished part, completing the work cycle.
