The customer is a fair trade company and non-profit organization that has been operating since 1998, providing assistance projects to the Indio people in the Peruvian Andes, is a pioneer in this andes region in concern to the production and export of “Hass” avocados. Currently 20 hectares are planted and there is a remaining 12 hectares that can be planted on. The rest of MATILDA is completely wild nature and comprises of cliffs, where parrots nest. Also two rivers, Rio Colorado and Rio Blanco, converge in the MATILDA area. The land is a paradise with plenty of wild animals, plants, pumas, bats, falcons, songbirds and much more. It is a natural and protected piece of land.
Our client is an end user, and his cutting requirement is: 15x15cm (hollow tube, 3mm thick walls), according to customer information, the Shanghai ANTISHICNC team quickly selected models for customers, and recommended our BS-712N and BS-712R models, the difference between BS-712N and BS-712R is the cutting sizes, and rotation angle. BS-712N is the jaw rotation angle, you need to move the workpiece, BS-712R is the saw bow rotation angle, adjust the saw bow directly according to the cutting angle, If the workpiece is too long, it will be inconvenient to move the workpiece, after confirming that the customer’s workpiece have 6M long, we suggest that the customer choose BS-712R.
The customer purchased 1 set BS-712R sawing machine, 10pcs saw blades, and 2pcs wire brushes, at present, the band saw machine and the accessories for metal band saw cutting machine has arrived at the customer’s freight forwarder’s warehouse, hope customers can receive our BS Series Horizontal Miter Cutting Bandsaws (Mini-Size) as soon as possible and put it into production.
