(1) Gantry machining centers add an internal tool changer on the basis of CNC boring machines or CNC energy machines, so that after the workpiece is clamped once, multiple processes can be continuously completed on the workpiece surface, and the processes are highly concentrated.
(2) Gantry machining centers are generally equipped with an automatic indexing rotary table or spindle box, which can automatically rotate the angle, so that after the workpiece is clamped once, multiple processes can be automatically completed on multiple planes or multiple angles.
(3) The machining center can automatically change the machine tool spindle speed, feed rate, tool movement trajectory relative to the workpiece, and other auxiliary functions.
(4) If the machining center is equipped with an exchange table, while the workpiece is being processed on the worktable at the working position, another workpiece is being loaded and unloaded on the worktable at the loading and unloading position without affecting the normal processing of the workpiece.
