CW6163x3000 lathe machining roller shaft process is as follows:
1.Preparation before machining
Lathe inspection: confirm transmission, lubrication, cooling system is normal, adjust the spindle speed, check the accuracy of the tool holder.
Tool fixture: cylindrical turning selection of carbide cutter, cut off with cut-off knife; clamping with three-jaw chuck, long roller shaft with the top.
Blank preparation: choose 45# steel and other suitable materials, according to the size of the material, leaving enough machining allowance.
2.Processing
Rough turning: chuck and top clamping to find the right, low speed, large feed and back eating amount of tool to the allowance, leaving half-finish turning allowance. Semi-finish turning: increase the cutting speed, reduce the feed and back draft, control the dimensional accuracy and cylindricity.
Fine turning: reduce the cutting parameters, measure and adjust the tool several times to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality, and use the light knife process when needed.
Other processes: according to the design requirements, corresponding processing of slots, holes, threads and other structures.
3.Quality Inspection
Dimension Measurement: Use vernier calipers, micrometers to measure the outer diameter, length, etc., and take the average value of key dimensions for several measurements.
Shape and position tolerance: use the percentage table, partial pendulum instrument to detect cylindricity, coaxiality.
Surface Inspection: Observe whether there are defects, roughness meter to detect surface roughness.
