In the bogie system of high-speed trains, the axle box rubber joint serves as a critical shock-absorbing and positioning component connecting the wheelset to the bogie frame. As the vehicle’s operational mileage increases, the replacement of aged rubber components and interference-fit assembly have become core processes in routine maintenance. The customer has specified the following technical requirements: The equipment must provide a stable clamping force of 250 kN to ensure the precise installation and removal of metal-rubber components with interference fits. Additionally, due to the large dimensions of the axle boxes and tooling fixtures, the equipment must have an opening height of no less than 800 mm, and the hydraulic cylinder stroke must reach 400 mm to allow sufficient space for hoisting and removing workpieces.

Core pressure and structural protection: The equipment has a rated pressure of 250KN and a liquid pressure of 30MPa. The equipment body adopts an all-steel CO2 welding process, and the welds undergo strict tempering and aging treatment to ensure that the body structure has no risk of deformation during long-term off-center load assembly and disassembly operations. This is crucial for the precision assembly of rail transit components.
Redundant space design: The machine opening height is 800mm, the effective worktable area is 800*630mm, and the throat depth is 350mm. This provides ample operating space for customers to place the shaft box and customized assembly/disassembly molds. At the same time, the customer’s requirement of 400mm hydraulic cylinder stroke is fully met, and the hydraulic cylinder stroke can be extended using three sides of the space according to subsequent process needs, improving the equipment’s flexibility.
Speed control and operational safety: The machine’s slide descent and return speeds are both 30 mm/s, and the working pressing speed is infinitely adjustable within the range of 5-12 mm/s. When assembling or disassembling rubber joints, the low-speed, uniform feed not only prevents damage to the rubber bushings due to impact but also precisely controls the pressing depth. The standard two-hand safety operation mode further ensures operator safety when hoisting heavy axle boxes.
The YQ41-25T also allows for extensive process adjustment. The machine features both constant pressure and constant stroke operating modes, and supports pressure holding, delay, and automatic return functions. This means that customers can not only use it for pressing rubber joints, but also for future applications such as bearing outer ring pressing and sheet metal stretching.
