The customer wants to process large bearings with a maximum grinding diameter of 1600mm and 2000m respectively. According to customer needs, we recommended MGK28160 and MGK28200. The workpieces of client need to process
MGK28160 CNC vertical mill adopts high-precision fully enclosed static pressure rotary table, large workpiece permanent magnet motor direct drive, strong load-bearing capacity, stable operation; high table rotation accuracy (high precision/high accuracy). High-strength stepped beam and reinforced full-contact structure base ensure high rigidity and good precision retention of the machine tool.
It adopts NSK precision bearing spindle and vertical and horizontal dual spindles to meet different processing requirements; high-precision dynamic and static spindles can be optionally equipped to meet higher precision processing requirements; it adopts imported SCHNEEBERGER large-scale high-precision roller guide rails, and the X-axis is equipped with FAGOR grating ruler as standard; the rotary table oil supply system, torque motor, grinding wheel spindle, cooling system, and control system are all equipped with temperature control devices to ensure the stable operation of the key components of the whole machine; the workbench is equipped with a magnetic disk as standard, and an electric permanent magnetic chuck can be optionally equipped to meet the clamping requirements of different workpieces; it adopts a fully enclosed cover and can be equipped with a high-power oil mist collector to optimize the working environment.
