MGK1332 high-precision CNC cylindrical grinder, the worktable guide adopts the initial unloading static pressure guide structure, the cross feed adopts the Swiss N/O type linear guide structure, and adopts high-precision ball screw transmission, low speed and no creep. The grinding wheel spindle adopts a large taper, four oil wedges, and automatic gap adjustment dynamic pressure bearings. The head frame adopts a static spindle top grinding structure, and the tail frame adopts a dense bead sleeve or linear bearing structure. The overall rigidity is strong and the precision is high. The bed adopts a double-layer structure (finite element analysis), and the special ratio cast iron is cast in one piece.
