High-precision internal and external cylindrical grinder operating procedures:
1.In addition to strictly complying with the safety operating procedures of this type of work, machine tool operators must also follow the general safety regulations of grinders when replacing and using grinding wheels.
2.Before starting the machine, check whether the grinding wheel and grinding wheel cover are tight.
3.Check whether the operating parts, machine lubrication, cooling system, electrical program instructions, etc. are normal during empty machine operation.
4.When correcting the grinding wheel, you must wear glasses and masks. Do not stand facing the rotating grinding wheel to avoid trauma caused by damage to the grinding wheel.
5.Use the manual wheel to move the workbench left and right, and adjust the left and right swing limit blocks to avoid collision accidents.
6.First run the empty machine back and forth for several times, and then operate it when it is reliable after idling for a few minutes.
7.No one is allowed to stand at both ends of the machine tool workbench to prevent collision and injury when the table moves.
8.Loading and unloading and measuring workpieces, adjusting and wiping the machine tool, etc. must be stopped.
9.It is forbidden to remove all safety protection devices on the machine tool, and it is not allowed to arbitrarily move electrical equipment. In case of failure, repair should be notified in time.
10.After processing, the grinding wheel must be withdrawn one circle (one circle should be advanced when grinding the inner hole) to prevent the next workpiece from being hit by the grinding wheel. When the work is completed or comes to an end, the operating handle should be placed in the “neutral position” and when leaving the grinder, the machine should be shut down before the power is cut off.
